In the PDF folder you will of course also find instructions.
All embroidery files have of course been embroidered by several test embroiderers and successfully tested ;o))

Die Stickdateien dürfen weder verkauft, verschenkt, kopiert oder auf sonstige Art an Dritte weitergegeben werden. Außerdem ist es untersagt, die Stickdateien von Tinimi zu verändern oder sie verändert als eigene anzugeben oder zu verkaufen, dies wird strafrechtlich verfolgt.
Der Erwerb der Stickdatei ist Personengebunden. Der Rechnungsträger ist der Besitzer der Datei. Die Rechnung darf nicht durch mehrere geteilt werden.
Der Rückgaberecht bzw. Widerrufsrecht entfällt nach Versand der Ware (Stickdatei). Bei Elektronische Ware handelt es sich um eine Ausnahme die unter den § 312d Abs. 4 BGB fällt. Sieht hierzu auch die AGB´s von Courleys.de
The embroidery file may be used commercially on self-tailored clothing or other items in small quantities (max. 10 times), eg on a dress of the same cut or fabric. An embroidery file may not be sewn and sold more than 10 times. Another dress model may be provided with the patterns again and sold 10 times. It is allowed to embellish purchased bags and other items with the embroidery files and to resell them. Again, no more than 10 identical pieces counts. Furthermore, it is not permitted to sell finished embroidered patterns individually. This is only possible with written permission from Tinimi. Industrial use and production is excluded.

The embroidery files may not be sold, given away, copied or passed on to third parties in any other way. In addition, it is forbidden to change the Tinimi embroidery files or to state them as your own or to sell them, this will be prosecuted.
