All embroidery files have of course been embroidered by several test embroiders and successfully tested ;o))

The embroidery files may not be sold, given away, copied or passed on to third parties in any other way. In addition, it is forbidden to change the Tinimi embroidery files or to state them as your own or to sell them, this will be prosecuted.
The purchase of the embroidery file is personal. The biller is the owner of the file. The bill must not be divided by several.
The right of return or right of withdrawal no longer applies after the goods have been shipped (embroidery file). Electronic goods are an exception that falls under Section 312d Paragraph 4 of the German Civil Code. See also the terms and conditions of Courleys.de
The embroidery file may be used commercially on self-tailored clothing or other items in small quantities (max. 10 times), eg on a dress of the same cut or fabric. An embroidery file may not be sewn and sold more than 10 times. Another dress model may be provided with the patterns again and sold 10 times. It is allowed to embellish purchased bags and other items with the embroidery files and to resell them. Again, no more than 10 identical pieces counts. Furthermore, it is not permitted to sell finished embroidered patterns individually. This is only possible with written permission from Tinimi. Industrial use and production is excluded.
